Refund policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

The short version

  • You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro payment.
  • It works if you haven't started a mock since you paid. Full, part and mini mocks count. Area quizzes and the placement check don't.
  • Each learner gets one refund. A refund ends Pro straight away.
  • Ask from the contact page or by email. The money goes back to the card you paid with.

The rule

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro payment if you haven't started a mock since paying. Each learner gets one refund.

In detail, all of these have to be true:

  • It is within 7 days of that first Pro payment.
  • You haven't started a full, part or mini mock since you paid.
  • You haven't already had a refund from us. Each learner gets one refund.

The first payment is the first one you ever made for Pro. Renewals and later subscriptions do not restart the window.

Practice questions, area quizzes, the placement check, flashcards, lessons and Mentor do not count as a mock. You can use them and still ask.

How to ask

Write to us from the contact page or email support@molarpath.com. Use the email on your MolarPath account so we can find you.

If you are signed in as a Pro learner, Plan and billing shows whether your refund is still open and until which date.

Please ask inside the 7 days. We read every request, and we reply within two working days.

What happens next

  • We check the rule above against your account.
  • If it applies, we refund what you paid for Pro, including the tax Dodo Payments added.
  • Pro ends at once. Your account stays on the Free plan, and your progress, cards and chart stay with it.
  • The money goes back through Dodo Payments to the card or method you paid with. Your bank can take a few more days to show it.

If the refund is not open

You can still cancel any time from Plan and billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

If something went wrong with a payment, such as a double charge, write to us from the contact page. We will look at it.

Your other rights

Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer protection law where you live.

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and issues your receipts. Payment details are in the Terms.
