Using these terms

These terms are between you and MolarPath, which runs MolarPath at molarpath.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to have an account. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use MolarPath.

About MolarPath and the NDEB

MolarPath is an independent study app for the NDEB AFK. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Dental Examining Board of Canada.

The NDEB and AFK names belong to the National Dental Examining Board of Canada. We use the names only to say which exam our questions prepare you for.

We don't guarantee that you'll pass the exam or reach any score. Readiness in MolarPath is our own estimate. The NDEB scores the real AFK.

Everything in MolarPath is for exam study only. Don't use it to treat a patient.

Mentor

Mentor is an AI study helper. It can be wrong, so check anything that matters against your textbooks and the official NDEB material.

Your Mentor messages are sent to an outside AI provider to produce each answer. The Privacy Policy says who and what.

Your account

• One person per account. Please don't share your login.
• Give us true details and keep your password safe.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has your login.

Plans and payment

Free gives you a placement check, 1 mini mock and 20 practice questions a day. Pro is CAD 29 a month or CAD 144 a year, plus tax. Both plans include flashcards and lessons. Pro adds full and part mocks, area quizzes, unlimited practice, unlimited mini mocks and Mentor under every question. The pricing page always shows the current plans.

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. Dodo charges your card, adds the sales tax for your province and sends your receipt. We never see your card number.

Mentor is fair use. It pauses while you have a mock open, and we may limit very heavy use.

Pro renews each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Plan and billing. Pro then stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro payment if you haven't started a mock since paying. Each learner gets one refund. The details are in the Refund policy.

Fair use

Please don't:

• share your login or let someone else use your account
• copy, scrape, sell or share our questions, explanations, notes, cards or mocks
• post or send us real NDEB exam questions or recalls of them
• try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service

We may pause or close an account that does this. We will tell you why.

Our content

The questions, explanations, lessons, cards and design of MolarPath belong to MolarPath or the people who license them to us. You may use them for your own study while your account is open.

Your messages to Mentor and to us stay yours. You let us use them to run the service, answer you and fix problems.

Keeping the service running

We work to keep the site up, but we can't promise it will never be down or free of mistakes. We may change features or fix content as the exam and our questions change.

Our responsibility

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, MolarPath isn't liable for indirect losses, such as lost study time, an exam result or a missed sitting, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights a learner has under the consumer protection law where they live, and nothing limits liability that the law says can't be limited.

Ending your account

You can stop using MolarPath at any time. To close your account and delete your data, write to support@molarpath.com. Cancel Pro first if you don't want another payment.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka can hear disputes about them. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer protection law where you live.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change matters, we also email you.
